Works to be performed under this Contract:
- All electrical and mechanical equipment necessary for (but not limited to) the construction of the landfill, transfer stations, rehabilitation of unorganised landfill sites, leachate treatment plant (LTP), gas pump and incineration chimney at the highest possible standards and in accordance with the specifications, all SCADA related software and hardware, pipework, materials, auxiliary facilities and all engineering and development works, manufacturing, procurement, factory tests, painting, packaging, transport, full installation/construction, commissioning, commissioning, testing.
- Detailed designs, manufacturer’s drawings and as-built drawings for LTP, gas system, buildings, transfer station structures, etc;
- All civil engineering, electrical, mechanical works for landfill, LTP, gas system, buildings, transfer station structures, etc.
- Commissioning, provisional acceptance and final acceptance of the landfill, LTP, gas system, buildings, transfer station, etc., issuing permits and licences.
- Extensive support to the Employer for the commissioning of the LTP during the period between provisional aceptance and final acceptance.
- Waste transport and on-site rehabilitation works.
- Works to be carried out by the contractor at the sites:
• Construction of Afsin Landfill.
• Construction of landfill surface water and leachate drainage systems.
• Construction of gas collection system, gas blower and combustion unit.
• Elbistan and Göksun Transfer Stations construction.
• Construction of buildings and structures with related infrastructure (roads, pavements, fences and gates, water and wastewater lines, landscaping, etc.).
• Construction of leachate treatment plant with inlet and recirculation pump stations (including preparation of additional design, detailed design, preparation of manufacturer’s drawings, turnkey, if required).
• In-situ rehabilitation of Afsin and Elbistan Unorganised Landfill Sites (including preparation of additional design, detailed design, preparation of manufacturer’s drawings, if necessary, turnkey).
• Transportation of Nurhak and Ekinözü Unorganised Landfill sites to Elbistan Unorganised Landfill Site (including preparation of additional design, detailed design, preparation of manufacturer drawings, turnkey, if necessary).
