"Design and Construction of Pedestrian Bridges
Package 1 (10 Nos)"
The scope of work comprises the complete detailed architectural and structural design, obtaining final authority approvals, procurement, delivery, coordination, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover of ten (10) pedestrian bridges, along with the rectification of any defects during the defects liability period. The bridges include:
> Abu Dhabi: PB-08, PB-10, PB-11, PB-14, PB-15.
> Al Ain: PB-17, PB-19.
> Al Dhafra: PB-24, PB-25, PB-26.
The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following:
> Obtaining all statutory authority approvals, certificates, permits, and licenses related to the design and construction of the works.
> Site preparation and associated earthworks.
> Ground investigation and topographical survey works.
> Traffic management and diversion planning and execution.
> Complete bridge works including piling, pile caps, foundations, lift walls, fabrication, assembly, and erection of the steel structures (bridge deck and staircases).
> Cycle track rectification works in case of encroachments.
-Protection, relocation, and/or diversion of existing utilities.
-Construction of footpaths and pavements.
-Installation of safety barriers and rails.
-Precast works.
-Construction of building structures and rest areas.
-Finishing works.
-Supply and installation of fixed furniture, fittings, and equipment. -Installation of track lighting.
-Implementation of solid waste management.
-Provision and connection of the stormwater drainage network. -Reinstatement of hard and soft landscaping.
-Supply and installation of signage and wayfinding elements, including vehicular and public realm signage.
-Road works associated with the project.
